Nightmare on Brett is insane.

Hehe hope you enjoy. It's certainly not for everyone. If you don't like it they have some other examples you may like better. I think most people who enjoy sours would enjoy their Surrette Provision Saison, I don't think I can say the same of Nightmare, though I truly love it.

Well well well.
St Bretta Winter and Petite Sour Hibiscus & Cinnamon. Winter magnificent, PSHC merely terrific.
Annnnnd the reason for the season. Raspberry Petite Sour dropped tonight. I hope you like drinking sours with raspberry sherbet. Magnificent.
The collabs with my other favorite local brewery, Comrade, fared less well. Sounds great in theory, but Crooked's yeasts and Comrade's hops are less than ideally harmonious.
Serenata Notturna. A freak. Confusing at first and luscious at last. Motif and motif reservation. Both good but the notturna preserva. A golden aged in sherry casks.

Great stuff, I haven't had anything from Crooked Stave (not sure if any of their brews make it down here honestly) but I saw that the guys from Jester King visited them recently.
That raspberry sour sounds and looks great.Oh and I did manage to get a bottle of KBS! Along with a couple other things. Need to learn some self control…

Congrats Broark. From my understanding Founders is looking to release some super elusive CBS later this year [emoji7]
For tonight I found a stow away that was completely forgotten. In fact I couldn't even remember if I liked it or not.
It's ok, though not sure how the year of storage changed it.

Just a few recent beers.
Limo Tint was decent, a little uninteresting compared to a lot of Prairie stuff that I've had though.
A bit too chocolate heavy for my liking, but all around a pretty good beer.
Very interesting, if I was drinking this blind I would think I was drinking some kind of fizzy wine.
I think this one will age well, needs to settle down a little with how heavy the wine flavor hits.
I preferred the Apple Brandy Noir to this, but still pretty good.
Drinking this right now, didn't expect so much carbonation!
So far very good, smooth and doesn't taste like 10% at all. I'd been thinking about buying this for awhile and finally did. Not disappointed at all. -
This is really nice. Yeasty, funky, sour, tart. A little wood and tropical fruit.

I kept stashing random bottles around the house for various people and Julie finally told me to stop buying beer until everything got cleared out. When I found a bottle of the White Oak in Portland, it was time to ship yours. Glad you're happy with them.
