Lave-os com frequência!

Decided today to start working on these. The color is amazing especially with the contrast stitching. Really almost a regal shade of blue especially with the stitching when the light hits it. Just love how soft, hairy, crisp, and flat the denim is while still having character. Gonna be a fun ride with these!

Agree w/everythign you said about the character of this denim. The subtle nep is pretty awesome too. Looking forward to your updates @mclaincausey. Gonna start working on a pair of N’s soonish as well.

Yep! I still haven’t gotten over the color. Wish I could capture it better. I guess this is my first natural indigo garment so far as I can recall.

About 100 wears with one wash @ 5 months in. Slow but steady progress. Wanted to share for the curious. Stretched an inch in the waist and .5” in the thigh.
First IH purchase for me so not sure if the progress is normal. Pretty happy with them. Only negative is that I have trouble buying any other brand now.

@Tmulltuous, my understanding is that the 17N denim fades pretty slowly. For 100 wears, I'd say those are looking pretty good!
-
They look great!
Mine aren’t being worn in this heat, but probably 6+ days a week for the year to date. Only significant fades are the hems where I’ve slid around the house in em.

How these are going atm. I tend to rotate between these and the older version of the 14oz for work and really can’t tell the weight difference for the most part. Although the N’s have gotten a bit more smooth with wear they definitely have more character and quirk to them.

They look fantastic @RoxRocks86 ; getting me excited for mine to evo. Not been wearing them that much in the triple digit heat of late, but they are starting to show signs of shedding indigo at long last.
-
…@RoxRocks86 don't know why but your pic's made me think of trading baseball cards and chewing Bazooka bubble gum.

Thank you @mclaincausey that sounds like brutal temps! No doubt you’ll get these looking well worn within time. Your vintage 18oz is a great representation of what I think your N’s will end up looking like. Heck, it was your pair that had me pull the trigger on getting myself a pair of the vintage 18oz!

Nice!!! I do love the 18oz so glad I was an influencer

Just (re)watched Sandlot this past weekend. It must be the denim and cons

It was the crunchy lightweight feeling full of texture that made me love it straight out the bag. Ended up getting it in the 666 & 777 cut for some extra fun.

I haven't owned a pair of natural indigo jeans for some time and had my eyes on the 777N for over a year now. It was @RoxRocks86's fade pic here that pushed me over the edge and I nabbed the Reloved pair (which was actually brand new, but hemmed). Given the amount of denim in my closet and my desk job, it'll probably take me a few years to obtain fading similar to Rox's. But the nice thing about natural indigo is that it still looks great (especially in direct sunlight), even before it fades. Can't wait to rock mine in Hawaii this fall and Japan next summer.

Here's a new vs old comparison, from a pair that stopped by from the relove section recently @BlueBlood
-
Hell yeah, psyched for the upcoming evo! Thanks for sharing those, @AdamJ.

@BlueBlood great choice! This denim is definitely underrated which is a shame. It has a subtle character to it, drapes and molds to ones physique easily without much break in, does well in warmer climates, & fades beautifully if you’re patient enough. Can’t wait to see how your enjoy your pair
