Good for you! I didn't know they were still around.

I still say this one of the best denim shirts IronHeart has ever produced. The blue is just so vibrant and beautiful and although the fit came a little long, it works perfectly for me [emoji3] Mine has been a slow fader but it is probably more my closet’s fault than the shirt’s fault.

Only problem with so many shirts in the rotation, it takes ages for them to be worn in.
My problem too! But I think I've solved it: these shirts will never go out of fashion, so, in ten years time, we will be a a little older, but our looks will only have improved.[emoji6]

Can't agree more! Realizing this, I have two pairs of this shirt and they are the most worn IH pieces for me. It does not fade like the IHSH-33, but slowly and steadily, it is starting to show the light blues.

I need some help in getting this dirty collar cleaned. It is a result of just soaking the shirt for the first few months as I did not want to throw it into the washing machine. This kind of resulted in that collar area accumulating some dirt and now I'm finding it hard to get that away.
Any ideas?

I think the natural indigo is pretty resilient so I dont think a gentle wash would hurt it. Or just spot clean it with some fels naptha or the like but watch for agitation so you dont take off too much dye.

@the246guy I bought the ox gall soap I mentioned in the IHSH-235-OLV thread especially for dirty / greasy collars. I have some good experiences with that.
I used to rub in my collars with shampoo previously before a wash but I found that left a too perfumy odor, which I didn't like.
As long as you don't scrub in the detergent too roughly, it should target the stain and not cause too much fading I think. Although I feel a somewhat faded collar also goes naturally with the aging of the shirt. So I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Any recent evo pics of one of the Ones That Got Away?

Both will retire for the summer and be back for the fall season. Freshly washed, they go back to the garage for now!
