IHSH-246-NIN - 12oz Selvedge Denim Western Shirt – Natural Indigo
-
First post should read “ nod to the IHSH-218, IHSH-95, IHSH-85, and IHSH-81”. History is important, and the longstanding nature of the JC reference makes this Hurt Shirt that much cooler.

Wow, beautiful shirting!
Looks like this sewed up a bit larger than similar models…is @Sam wearing M or L?
Also, will there be a workshirt version of the NIN?
Thanks in advance!

Very nice, I like it.

Ollie wears large

Looks great. I like the colour which is sure to provide a bit of contrast paired with darker indigo or black jeans. I’ll need to check those measurements before ordering.

Yes, it is a little larger than the IHSH-33 derivatives. I'm an L in the Hurt.
12oz denim workshirts is a sore point…....The factory that we used had issues with button holes and we have yet to find an alternative factory that can produce to the quality we expect.
Would this be the same factory that produced the 12oz wabash workshirts? I've reported back before about blown button holes being an issue.

Beautiful, but really starting to get priced out the game now. £80 more than the new 33s.is that solely the cost of sourcing and the process of using natural indigo, or have production costs in Japan jumped that much?

Probably, but the pitch of the weave on the Wabash is different than the 12oz denim, so the buttonhole issue is much much less of an issue….

I have the 33T in XL and it fits perfect. No comparable measurements on this one, and $400 is high for a piece that will need alterations.
I’ve been trying to talk myself into this one all day. -

I’ve been looking at the charts for the standard IHSH-33-IND (which shrinks a bit), and it seems the main difference is the length. The IHSH-33-T is even more similar to the Hurt with the exception of length. Is that your concern?
For my part, sizing down on the NIN compared to my 33-IND would be the way to go.

Length, and sleeve length.
