The Unbranded Brand quality
-
Hello, These jeans looks very nice to me, any experience with them? I am specially thinking about construction and quality. They sound great for the price, but are they going to start to show seam rips etc. after a couple of months?
best regards

Part of the reason they are so cheap is that they're assembled in Macau (at least most are) using cheap labour. They're made by the Naked and Famous people, and the hardware looks the same/similar to N&F, which has been demonstrated by many in the past to be less sturdy than many Japanese brands. They are quick to point out that the denim is from Japan, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's good.
I'm pretty sure the common advice on this forum will be "don't waste your money", but for ~$80, perhaps….just perhaps....that is value for money? :-\
Anyway, have a look on superfuture etc, and you'll find more about them.

I bought them already…waiting on the restock to happen. Why not for $100

Unbranded 221 21oz arrived from rue + state today. Not mind-blowing, but pretty good for the money…

How do they feel, and can you post some evo picks you go along?

Yep, happy to post evo pics as I go along - though you my have to wait a while for anything significant, given the number of jeans in the current rotation…
They feel good...for the price. Nowhere near the beauty of IH, so a classic illustration of 'you get what you pay for' in that sense.
Nice tapered fit, tightly woven denim, a good crisp feel at the moment given the new-ness. As previously mentioned, hardware is a definite weak area - the fly buttons feel pretty cheap & crappy tbh.

Sorry guys, my fault - didn't realise there was an older Unbranded thread.

Took a flyer on the Unbranded red chambray as ordered it for nearly 1/2 price. For that price not expecting the world, but I am a sucker for chain stitch runoff!
