Thanks @goosehd. The jeans are at the stage where I can see things beginning to happen but not quite enough to see on photos. I think the jacket is supposed to stay dark but it will probably find a different way of improving with age

Somewhat different WAYWT for me. The last month I’ve been organising son #2’s confirmation. These are a big thing in Norway, some are religious but most are secular/civil. There’s a ceremony, suits, meals, parties and a whole load of other stuff to fix.

I have never enjoyed wearing suits. In my 30’s I decided to embrace the suck and it worked for a while, but I’m nearly 50 now, hated my last suit and resent having to spend money on clothing I don’y like and ise rarely. Grumpy old man? Probably.

My solution for this gig was IH-816-BLK, IHSH-119-WHT, and an Indigofera vest. And a massive pair of Wesco’s.

Congratulations @neph93 . Must be a very proud day for you and your family. Your outfit is perfect for the occasion, you look great. Excellent to be able to put it together out of items you already wear and enjoy, it looks formal and bang-on for the occasion without having to compromise on your existing style.

…And don’t get me started on those boots… amazing.

@neph93 as we’ve possibly never seen him before! I think you’ve hit the sweet spot where you can feel comfortable and everyone else can feel comfortable around you, and you can all get on with enjoying the celebration.
