Photograph and Camera talk

@Jett129 That’s a great compliment, thank you. I certainly start to see a little differently though. It’s going from „reacting to situations“ to „seeing situations evolve“ and having the shutter already half pressed before the shot happens.
@pechelman Thanks mate. The color makes the shot on this one I think. I was quite unhappy about the guy walking into my picture at first because there was just no way to recreate it. But everyone I’ve shown the shot actually thinks it looks better because of the head in the foreground and I’m starting to feel the same way.

Another one from Lisbon. I love this city!

@goosehd awesome! when exactly are you going?
Visiting „Praia da Ursa“ is something I would definitely recommend. It’s one of the most beautiful beaches i’ve ever been to. And while it is not a complete hidden gem anymore you can really enjoy some privacy there and escape the tourism. Even when water temps are too low to swim, go there for the views.
Also, go grab some Pasteis de Nata at Mantegaria (multiple locations throughout Lisbon), they’re the best hands down.
To not flood the thread feel free to shoot me a PM for moreBack to topic, here’s some B&W from Lisbon

A visit to RIAT.

@weftyarn Don't want yo to get a swelled head but, as usual, they're all really great. The ticket widow picture absolutely floored me. Seeing the hands on top was one of those, looking at photography, holy shit moments. To circle back,if your head gets a little swelled,it would certainly be understandable. After I posted this I went back and looked at it again and realized that the hands are from another picture. Decided not to edit that part out of my original post. Still a great shot.

I was lucky enough to hit the Fragile Beauty exhibition this afternoon when there was hardly anyone there and total freedom to move around without dodging other people (this never happens to me). Highly recommended for anyone in/near/passing through London – I’ll almost certainly go back before it closes. I hesitate to include my snap below in this thread or in the context of the exhibition, but it gives an impression of the final space.

@pechelman thanks a lot Pechelman! It was the 1.4/50 (I), as far as I can remember from 1959
