IHSH-362-BLK - 16oz Non-Selvedge Denim CPO Shirt - Superblack (Fades to Grey)

@WhiskeySandwich hadn't thought about the creases settling in and that shortening the arms. Will be interesting to see how much of a factor that is....

This shirt is bonkers. It was about 98% dry this morning from my soak yesterday - good enough for me. Been wearing for only about 2 hours, I swear it's already showing hints of fading. I got it to stand up before putting it on too - literally plopped it on the ground by the collar, and it was like "I got this". This fabric makes me want 16oz SBG pants too. I can't say enough about it. Graham hooked me up with perfect sizing. I really don't think it could be better, but it'll be nice when it relaxes a bit. I'll def have to do some pics later, I want to share this as I nerd out.

I went a slight loose on purpose
I did the same with my western version. With this crazy heavy fabric, I think that was the best choice.

Awww yeah, just got it and comparing with my XHSBB

This thing is nice! A little softened up since this morning.

@WhiskeySandwich helllllll yeah man looking terrific. Creases set super nicely. Already seeing grey fades. These are going to evo like fucking crazy.

@Oaktavia awwww yea, thanks! I’m going to enjoy this one a lot. This thing is going to fade like a champ. It’s one day and I hardly did shit. Lol

In honor of @WhiskeySandwich 's method, here's my bad boy drying after a quick soak.

@Oaktavia so odd. It’s showing up on my phone :s I used the upload image one.

@Oaktavia after all that it feels somewhat underwhelming ha! But the shirt is not! Wow!

As a general update on this BEAST of a shirt, I had the snaps changed to the black HD western snaps (it's been my dream for a while to have a black - ultimately faded to fuck - CPO/western combo). Soaking it first to set it to your body is genius @WhiskeySandwich but it also had two additional benefits for me:
1 - the shirt had some strong creases on the sleeves from shipping which disappeared after the soak. I'm sure they would've gone through general wear over time but personally I don't like my shirts looking like they've just come back from the dry cleaner... So this was a massive plus.
2 - the western snaps are smaller and leave a small indent or circle around where the original larger copper snap sat. It wasn't a massive deal, but the lads at IHUK didn't know how it would go because the fabric is new. I can report that after the soak, I can't see the indents at all. It was like magic.
STOKED to wear this for many years.
