Ill try to grab some before I ship them back tomorrow. Trying to get this resolved at the moment he's asking me to send then back to a P O box… I've akways returned sig confirmation tracking number and don't feel comfortable sending these back without proof of delivery... They honestly don't look bad except the torn belt pull loop but the feel of the leatger is dry enough to make your skin crawl.

Yeah, once the leather fibers dry enough that they begin to break apart, there's not much you can do. Moisturizing products preserve, they can't undo damage that's already there. All you'll be able to do is keep them from disintegrating any further.

Sorry guys I did not get pictures this turned into a bit of an arguing match between me and the seller after I informed him he was asking me to ship to a different address than the one eBay provided me with and it has been back and forth all morning. PayPal have me until the 27th to get it shipped so I spent the first part of the morning repeatedly messaging him I absolutely can't send to this other address and then had tovrush to get the package in th mail before work because with being a holiday weekend this will be the last day I can ship it without the resolution center closing the case and being out my $700 the only thing you could have really told by the pics anyway is the ripped pull loop the insides don't look terribly different from how they should "look" it's the feel of leather tht gives way the damage that hd been done by poor storge

Filed a dispute seller agreed to refund upon receipt so money should be moved over as soon as the signature confirmation is recieved by UPS. I have always used the dispute option to make sure my ass is covered in situations like these… Especially when dealing with larger transactions. I got screwed once never again

for sure, I have been talking to lofgren this last week anyway and he seems to be a very cool guy and mentioned that he was contemplating making a larger last for us bigger fellas who like engineers and I tell ya what…. Lofgren has such a beautiful profile when the toe collapses!!! makes my heart melt!!!

Received my Rios of mercedes RRL MURDOCK engineers in the mail a little earlier. Went TTS And these fit better than any boot I have owned. Very happy overall, I do see a few things that could have been addressed in production (just a few minuscule dings in the welt that is only noticeable with the boot being held right in front of my face and plan on changing the buckles to traditional roller buckles,, overall I am very happy with these and will post pictures in a bit.. Now just need to add the badalassi cognac lofgren and the MFRC and ill be happy with boots for this year! (Yeah right)

10.5D. Given these are too big for me, I would say that they fit like an 11 trubalance

I agree with Tigerpac, RRL stuff looks good, but if their stuff is more expensive than stuff made in Japan or in the US, someone is getting f#cked..
-
I stand corrected: a lot of people are getting f#cked ;b
-
How do you find the quality of RRL stuff @EastWest ? I had an RRL deck jacket a while back and it looked stunning but the quality was beyond awful, literally Primark standard.

Hard to say this early in wear for me @Megatron1505 , the material is a lightweight-ish duck but they are tacked in all the stress area's. Got them at a 3rd of the retail price and loved the cinch back chino style so thought I'd give them a whirl. Time will tell but like you have found there is very mixed feedback on RRL on SF, think it definitely depends on the item.
Would look for Japanese/ US/ UK made alternatives long before RRL if paying full price as I imagine you and most here would. Some of their styling is great though.
