Buying My Buddy a Gift...Surprise, It's Denim!!
-
I think my first shirt was a 352-BLU. Came through the post and very quickly realised that it was far and away better than all my other shirts by RRL, Pendleton, Filson etc.. Put all of those in a joblot auction on eBay and ordered an untucked and a kersey with the money from those. They came thick and fast after that
I tried a few from UES recently but sleeve length doesn’t work for me after wearing Iron Heart. The only two non IH branded shirts that have stuck around are a Flat Head dobby and an Orslow US army -

I have said to so many people over the years, yeah they are fucking expensive, so if you cant rationalise that, then that's cool, don't buy one, because if you do you'll likely buy shit loads.
You should include this in the welcome E-Mails you send to first time customers.

@Mizmazzle rationalising is rational – otherwise we’d have to ration our shirt purchases (just counted 22 but can beat it down to under 20 if CPOs are a separate category).
-
@ARNC definitely a separate category
-
@Mizmazzle I don’t have any IH ones but have heavyweight tees from other brands - no doubt they’re a different category to regular tees!

I remember when I first discovered IH and I thought I would only be buying pants
I guess we're all going down the same road.
