Viberg

Hype and rising demand don't necessarily have an effect on quality; the company's response to those things is the key. Viberg has existed for decades with extremely low production numbers, somewhere around 20 pairs a day, if I remember correctly. For all of the hype about the company and the significantly higher profile Viberg now has, that production level hasn't changed yet. Everything I've read indicates that it will at some point, though no one knows exactly when, how or by how much. When they start cranking out 40, 50, 100 pairs a day, then we'll see.

I'm amazed that they haven't changed their output as of yet.
If so, they are definitely not producing at optimum output and i hope this is because they are staying true to their roots!
I'm sure it also has something to do with the price.
High demand and relatively low supply, they have raised the price to compete with the demand surely! Thanks for your insights Chris!

Well, if this is a sign of Viberg being busy, I'm finding the flow of communication for an MTO painfully slow. Email communication was flowing then now I'm lucky to get a response twice a week. So something's going on??

Seems to be the first Burg&Schild collab, for a really good price.

Who needs a translator app when we have seul?
just make sure they're not his size first -
Thanks!
I have also found the heel to be wide in the 110. Something I haven't paid much attention to in the past, but yeah I can feel the slipping in the first few days of wear – hoping I adjust and stop noticing it...
Tod, those black 110s look fucking fine!!
I have the the Boondocker which is 110. Personally I love the 2045 better. I find I have more heel slip with the 110. It is wider around the heel but about the same at front with the toe a tad fuller.Tod, those black 110s look fucking fine!!

I let you guys know how the all Scotch Grain Cavalier goes! TBH, on the two tones I was loving how it was evolving. Even the indigo cuff stains look mad. It actually tones down a tad from its brighter burnt orange look. I'm getting it on a 2045 again but one size smaller in a 9. 2045 is really a nice snug fit for me. No heal slip and perfect up front.
Hahaa, to be honest though.. The MTO process is breaking me.. just the communication process. I guess I'm not use to slow email response. I guess its the military in me (get the job done and move onto the next). If I knew the deal was sealed and the deposit etc was signed off on I would prob be comfortable. Maybe an answer this week

Took this pic before swallowing the truth they were one half size too big.

And today Boondoggies!

Hahaa, cool Snowy. Yes mate, I know your right. They are just the sooo good crack! I'm getting withdrawal symptoms from letting my two tones go! I need another leather fix baby!! Perhaps you can comfort me whilst I'm sweating helplessly in my padded cell screaming Viberg Viberg!
Jus bring a sledgehammer! Hahaa!
