I would absolutely rock these-I prefer button flys but I am less and less concerned about that or selvedge anymore.  I'd get them hemmed no cuff right to the floor.  21oz is just a bit heavy for these humid Philly summers I'd be all in.

21 oz breathes really well. I wear the 634S in Houston summers. Actually, they're my most comfortable summer jeans, now that I'm thinking about it.

I work in a very hot and humid environment in both the selvedge and non selvedge 21oz.  Both are go to summer denims for me…

The 21oz non selvedge is very different from the 21oz selvedge.  It is designed not to breathe so well or should I say, designed to be wind proof…..

@giles why the desire to move away from button fly with the 634? I'm so used to seeing that that when I see a zippered pair of jeans I'm like 'what's that' haha

Ah okay interesting.. Used to hate button fly myself then buying the denim I like necessitated that and getting used to numb thumbs whilst breaking in the denim..
