PIH10ANT - 22oz Sanforized Indigo Selvedge Slim Tapered Cut Jean
-
These do look great. Nice looking fabric as usual.
-
@Alex is that the Giles Kanreki flannel I spy in your fit pic?
-
Holy crap, 36 would actually fit, just worried about the knee….knee bags are ugly.
If the 38 had a 37-38" waist Id be all over them...but now that I see they are unwashed...the Straight cut seems even better.
Love this denim with the beige weft!

I'm guessing the size 33 hem measurement in inches is actually in centimeters, and the centimeters measurement is, um, both legs combined?
-
What is the possibility these will be made in smaller than 32?
-
Absolutely hypnotised by these - the potential for interesting fades is massive. Trigger duly pulled.
-
Do the waist and thigh measurements stretch past their original numbers, after soaking, etc? @Giles @Madame Buttonfly
Thanks! -

100%, we were supposed to get some smaller sizes this run, but I screwed up. They will happen…..

Thanks!@piranha - chances are (based on other IH denims) they will stretch under pressure to a little more than original measurements with wear, but as this is a new denim we don't have any data yet…

I know I'm probably starting to sound like a broken record, but these jeans are really great. Love how the beige weft is ghosted in back of the indigo. Like my other Pronto/IH collaboration (25oz/II)I'm really looking forward to seeing how the evolve. Thanks to @Alex for finding me the smallest 36,they fit perfect. If I have some time over the weekend I'll try and get some pictures up.

This is what I can tell you so far. right out of the blue bag I tried them on. They were a little bit baggier in the thighs, and knees than I was expecting, although not a problem. I'm basing this on the measurement similarity to my Pronto 25oz II. I know this is frowned upon but I put them straight into the washing machine, inside out,on the next to warmest setting. After that they went into the Shrinkmaster 5000(my drier). They tightened up a bit,but with in an hour of wearing them the loosened up,and at this point are as comfortable as a pair of jeans can possibly be on the first day. A veritable walk in the park compared to my 25oz XHS.The denim is beautiful and totally fine on a 75 degree muggy NYC afternoon. Hope to get some pictures up this weekend.

I look forward to seeing some pics.
