In the 80s, I visited a friend at Stanford University (Palo Alto, CA) and The Grateful Dead (Jerry Garcia alive and well) were playing on campus that weekend ! I stayed with my friend at Hammarskjold House (http://www.stanford.edu/group/resed/row/hammarskjold/) and lemme tell you, they were cooking some funny brownies in that house - hash brownies – all weekend long -- getting prepped for the concert. My friend and I did not attend the concert -- one of the big regrets of my life !
