@Giles you’re trying to get me murdered…
You think Laura and @Madame-Buttonfly can get a 2 for the price of 1 at the funeral parlour?

Great work on that tree @Oaktavia fun way to put that gift to use. it’s funny how these saws look unassuming and you wouldn’t expect them to do well on such a project. They’re awesome and hold up really well.

It was actually quite fun, you are right. It just cut right through it. I was still pretty surprised when I heard the tree trunk starting to creak and break. The tree was growing at an angle so gravity did some of the work for me. I was able to saw it down into pieces after it fell and drag it into the wood line too. Got a lot more done than expected.
I was wondering how long it's likely to stay sharp for and if it's possible to sharpen all the little teeth it has.

@Oaktavia sharpening frequency depends what type of wood you’re cutting and how much you use and abuse it. If you have the patience and some feather files it’s possible to sharpen or just get a blade replacement.
Here’s a link to a yt vid of how to sharpen them. He talks a lot, but you get the idea.

@Oaktavia Japanese pull saws are the best. I keep at Silky Pocket Boy in my truck at all times, and it cuts wood like butter!
