congrats Ruedi and that was a joke Mega, right

Ha ha, I'm just surprised that Rudi doesn't carry a bag to put his jeans in, incase of rain.

another question: how many Franken are the VMC pairs in retail guys?
Too scared to actually check
-
I don't think I ever saw a price tag on any of the Anniversary stuff, so yes :).
The receipt says vintage 400.00, which converts to around £280-ish. Which to my way of thinking is pretty decent.

No worries buddies, as you know there is no washing or hemming needed with any raw denim stuff around me.
The new pants are tagged L 34 but in reality close to 36. So I'll got some nice and quite easy makable double turnups. And they'll be quite hungry to collect whatever they'll catch during their pants life. Let's say: They'll probably has to bite quite some dust and probably a lot!!!
Those pants have to wait a while since I'll participate on the 5 year Samurai contest starting soon.
The price together with the white Iron Heart shirt was something about 475 Swiss Franken (Sorry I already lost the receipt somewhere). I have to work more now to prevent having some debt!!!
And of course I had a plastic bag with me (no just joking) It was nice weather so no need for any plastic stuff
And Mega:
My Denime pants are still going strong, Finn666 can confirm this. He saw them last night on my body. And as usual still in never washed raw condition.
In fact I'm thinking to extend their life as first grade pants a little bit as long as my boss and my friends at work are not firing or killing me because of those wild babies.
But after some crotch repair the fabric is still very good despite I have to tell you after this summer, they already have started to get stiff again because…. you know,... those pants are for sure not in a proper sterilized condition anymore (fat, sweat, any kind of dirt,...), but not too bad since eI try to keep them as clean as possible
Since breaking them in at February 22 2010 with daily constant wear (except 4 week break) they're heading towards the 600 day mark. And from my long raw denim experience I know, that a good pants are able to cover more or less my body for about 600 to 700 days as a denim jacket about 800 to 900 days
I'll try to shot some pics later when I find time
