The Jeansmuseum - (Looking for your heavy/ used raw denim)
-
Thanks Rafa for your huge and massive update. You're a perfect photographer!!!!
All you raw denim heads are more then welcome to stop at my place.
And if your beloved favorite raw denim rag shall survive for ever in the real world and not in the virtuel world only, you know now at least a safe place where you can send them.
The Jeansmuseum promises you, that not any single piece of raw denim rag will ever be thrown away after it has reached the museum
It's like sending some money to swiss banks hahaha
^^^ @Hemi: Like Rafa already answered: I'm married with my raw denim stuff, so no wife around me.
Since my childhood raw denim rags are flowing through my body instead of blood.
^^About making a movie: I have some plans about this and also about writingh a book. Anby suggestions to this long term project just send me a PM

happy New Year to everybody!
Enjoy all your current and further raw denim projects
The main gaol from the Jeansmuseum in 2012 is to keep going the raw denim spirit alive for ever!!! -
Thanks rocket, same to you. Hope you have a lot of fun and success in 2012.
I already had eaten quite a bunch of chocolate these first days of 2012!!!
And I'm still enjoying my old raw Denime pants and Lee Storm Rider 101-LJ blanket lined denim jacket.Although in pretty rough condition now
-
Yeahh I know, plenty of stuff around me.
But I'm always quite sticky on my old stuff.
I love them more and more.
And I just can't stop wearing them, untill people are trying to kill me because of those rough raw denim stuff getting wilder and wilder every day.My right front pocket is dissolving and disapearing more and more atm
-
Seul. No worries, I'll fix the worst rips at the wrong places at time.
And rocket: I'm not sure if people are interested to see the same pants over and over.
But if wished I can update some new posts soon -
Thanks for your comments TinMan
In Kansas you should have seen quite a lot of old Lee and Levis stuff around there. At least untill the early eighties.
Can't tell about the mordern times though. If you find some really heaviest used and worn out raw denim items from Kansas area, let me know at any time.
I'm busy with sorting out all the many stuff acumulated over the last 38 years from the fifties till now.
But I'm busy on my real job as geographer and next week there is the B&B in Berlin already.Where is my spare life, I need urgently for covering my raw denim life?

Thanks Raffa for adding my article from Rawr Denim on this forum.
I myself could never throw away any raw denim rags.
And luckily I can still fit in to my old stuff worn by me 25 years ago.
I really love to wear the hell out of them over years and years, watching their brave fight against their death….
