Well, I would not have gone into a store and bought a pair of black, shoes/boots. Since I left corporate life when black foot wear was de rigeur, I have been naturally anti black foot wear inclined.
Having said that, these have illustrated to me, that one should not live a blinkered life.
I (and more importantly - well it is her birthday tomorrow - Mme love these in black, and are a welcome change to what MM calls my "light coloured joints".
Quality is outstanding, the lining particularly worthy of multiple looks and feels. I have foohitular challenges; super high instep, very broad feet and less than the normal quota of toes, but these are super comfortable out of the box.
A great new look for me…..
Thanks Kiya.......

word, i want to see them as well. intrigued by the stitching & all that. oh & G you do know i have a lot of respect for you posting that picture after your experiences. you might actually see me in a pair of those based strictly off the fact that the G man is wearing a pair.
**how crazy is it that i sometimes fashion my purchases off the recommendations of a middle aged gentleman from across the pond, couldn't of told me that just 5 years ago . . . just craZZZy

^wear them in good health
