Viberg better check their inbox as I have inquired about the first pair being custom made up for me. I also included a photo of the first one as to not confuse.

I know this sucks, but they are moving the factory atm afaik, might be the reason…

Thanks for the heads up. I actually like these better but am not willing to wait or pay more to wait for that matter.

since i still wasn´t able to try on a pair of vibergs i have a question for those who own viberg and redwing or yuketen…(boots and/or chukka´s)
you guys wear the same size in those brands?
i´m a US9 in rw and yuk. ...should i size up when choosing a viberg chukka or same size?

You might want to size down a half size from your RW chukka size, which runs pretty close to TTS.
not owning a pair of rw chukkas, sry for confusion, but i´m looking at a pair of viberg chukkas and i want to compare them to the boot size (rw or yuk.)…
same size or 0.5up in the viberg chukkas, compared to my boots!

my RW mock toe/oxford are US7.5 - my Viberg army/service boots are 7.0 (comfortly)
so if i would go UK8.5 in Viberg they actually would be 1 size too big!

I can not speak for Viberg or RW chukkas, that's the risk you have to take unless you get to try on a pair.
in theory the conversion from US to UK should be -1
however, this is the theory (there is no law) and it does not consider fit/last/brand, not to mention the question if RW sizes are absolute or true…
a Viberg 6.5 in Service/Army boots feels too tight to me - I can live quite comfortly with a Viberg 7.(better 1/4 size too big than 1/4 size too small!)

btw. were you talking bout a viberg US7.0 or UK7.0?
It shouldn't matter - usually, Viberg only quotes in one size, their size.
(I believe it is similar, based on UK size since Viberg is a Canadian company.)
