This/these ideas have been state before, at least some of them, but the IH cap is so great it would work in almost any material IH has, they could do a new one 2-3 times a year and I buy them all. Regular indigo, 18oz indigo, TW indigo, OD variants, superblack (please!), wabash, duck, flannel lined denim, flannel lined duck, melton wool… Tell me any of those wouldn't be great?

nah I want the blanket lining on one side this will look super cool believe me…
Although I havent bought either of the blanket lined IH pieces I will say that I like almost anything with that blanket lining. I have a Hill-Side scarf in the same material and it is so nice. Hell, even a duck IH-526V with blanket lining would be sic.
-
right there is a Hill-Side scarf with the same fabric (correct me if I'm wrong) and pattern as the 49 lining
Not the same but similar. This topic was covered in the IH-528 thread.

I prefer the pattern/color of the 49 vs the jacket.

I'm sure this has been mentioned before but I think a simple Super Black 22oz Backpack would be amazing and a 110% cop from me.
Simpler the better(and hopefully cheaper).
Basic 2 compartment day pack with talon zippers for main compartment and front pocket(brass or silver color)
Strap setup and top loop for easy hand carry
Main compartment large enough for a 15" Macbook Pro
Endless possibilities here. Waterproof lining, MOLLE options, flannel lined pocket, paraffin coated, denim version(imagine the EVO on that), Aero details, I mean come on…
The price point for a basic one could easily be under $200 considering the price of the duffle bags.

Apologies if this has been asked (and answered) previously, although a search didn't reveal anything, but have moleskin jeans ever been considered? I've had a few pairs over the years and like the feel of the material, and I was just browsing the RM Williams site and found 15oz moleskin jeans, and thought "hmmmm…..heavy duty moleskin 634's..?"
I know that moleskin is a bit of an acquired taste, similar to corduroy in that respect, but it does have its roots in workwear.

Ah yes that's what I wanted to suggest it's not like a pair of 1940's chino's which would sell by the ton (and I understand this is a business) but rather a reflection on earlier biking fashion: a 1940's Harley Davidson Hat, either in 21 oz or in chambray. http://southsiders-mc.com/product.php?id_product=37 maybe an aero brim and trim. Click on gear and have a look at their biker shirts; rather nice.

I would go for 1940's chinos and the hat..
