I would love to try one of those maybe the next time I order one of these…
One of my other businesses is the export of beer, mainly to the Far East. I made a few labels and took some bottles over as presents for the IHHQ crew last time I visited them. Haraki-san liked it so much, he's considering ordering a pallet or two. The beer fits well with his philosophy, it is a hand crafted, bottle conditioned ale that is made in the traditional manner. One of the beers that the Oak Leaf Brewing Company make "Hole Hearted" was voted best bottled beer 2009 by the British Brewers association. I have 6,400 bottles of that going to Indonesia as I type.
seriously to Indonesia Giles? what city do you send them to and what store?
Too bad I'm not planning to go home to Indonesia anytime soon

I ship to Singapore and then the Indonesian Importer takes over from there. This is the first shipment to Indonesia and will be leaving UK early Jan, I think that it is intended to hit the towns/resorts with lots of tourists/expats, so I expect it will be heading to Bali amongst other places.

Hello All. Here I am in my Oakland neighborhood wearing my Iron Heart Super Tan Belt (W32) and Iron Heart 301S (W28, length unaltered) jeans. Believe it or not, I've been wearing these for virtually 6-weeks straight – haven't washed 'em yet. I live a pretty easy life though, so the jeans don't look punished. BTW, "The Old Coffee Mill" is the coolest cafe in Oakland -- Lacy and I LIVE there !

@drz:
I took some photos of my 634s last week. ONe of my friend wanted to sort them out for somekind of denim exhibition in Indonesia this week, hopefully the photos make it to the exhibition
Great fit DRZ, I'll bring some beer with me next time I'm in town. Do you need any other images for your friends exhibition. Giles

Haraki and me in Hachioji. Normally I would be in head-to-toe Iron Heart when visiting the Shrine, but as some of you know, my luggage never got onto the plane, so I had to go to the meeting wearing what I travelled, which was a pair of TWHRO1, a IHB-01, a no-name flannel and a 1981 vintage Lee 101J. Haraki is in IH634S, IHSH-17 and a IH sweat.
Same meeting. This is Haraki with Darlyn from The Adjective in Bangkok - our new retailer in Thailand. Haraki in the same as above, though you can now see his IHB-03. Darlyn in as many clothes as she could find, not used to the coolth of Hachioji:
