Iron Heart Products - What do you think we should make?

Reintroduce some non (or less?)-brushed flannels. I love how soft some of my really soft ones have been (23,30) and have nothing against em, but they have nowhere near the "substantial" feel if my denser feeling ones (06,12,43). And for me, I feel like the really brushed ones don't have quite as flattering of a fit, they're a bit more limp in the draping if you will (where the more stubborn ones really seem to keep their shape).
More Iron, less Heart…100% agreed.

10oz Denim Down Waxed Gilet
-I currently have a Barbour Quilted Down Waxed Gilet and it is great, but I think th master can do much better on materials and construction. Here are some of the specs that I'd use:
-10oz Sanforized Waxed or Resin Coated Denim
-9/10oz Cotton Satin or 10oz Heavy Chambray Liner
-Needlecord Collar
-Patch Pockets with Pocket Warmers
-Down Filled
-Inside Pocket with Zipper
-Circular Glove Accessible Zipper Pull
-Double Zipper
-Brass Snaps
And a possible Aero pimp option -

I definitely don't want to re-rail any talk of a revisited 20 but what about doing similar colorways as the 20 in a heavy weight work shirt cut. Maybe similar to the Dark Rider? That way you could move past the stigma of Haracki reissuing something and it would actually be something new. Anyways, we all have dreams.

not a new product idea, more of an addition to a current/future product….. in the zip up hoodies it would be cool if one of the pockets had another inner pocket that holds an iphone in place.

Make (possible) Selvedge Duck Limited
-similar to the 21oz/23oz denim
-I know that duck does not run as often as denim, so it may help if a couple miles were made all at once.
-Then do a few cuts until it runs out.
-This will also eliminate questions about additional runs of the already elusive, threatened selvedge duck -
That could actually be a realistic number; I remember Giles ordering a literal mile of denim for a run of one of the new models of jeans, maybe the 1955? A couple of miles is only 3,500 yards or so.
I'd love it if there were a few thousand yards of duck sitting around in storage, waiting to be used whenever a good idea comes up.

Ah, so I was being a tad optimistic. Still, a shedload of duck, just sitting around, waiting for inspiration to strike sounds nice.
Of course, having your money tied up in unused supplies is an issue. I guess we have to concede the fact that you need positive cash flow to put food on the table.
