It has red chain stitch run off, but not the red bar tacks. I refine with Haraki tomorrow…

Tony, Ollies son, giving me the omg wtf look on the Tokyo Metro…
Ollie, same train. As Daniel says, "probably the best photo of Ollie I have ever seen"…
Flat Head. Kobayashi-san presents Daniel with a gift for the new DC4 store…
Never tried them before, "harf" noodles. They were good, give them a try….
Capochino, Shibuya styley…
Kiya and Johan at dinner…
And then, guess who turned up. Our favourite ex-translator - the one and only Ayumi….
-
Great images G. Thanks for sharing with those of us who cannot be there. Cheers

Ex-translator? Does that mean she's moving on to other things?
I sorta took it for granted that she'd be at the meet-up in NYC in October, is that an incorrect assumption? She's been part of the Iron Heart family for a long time, it would be a shame if she's not there.

Complicated. Ayumi needed to do something else to get permish to live in USA, We all hope she will be there in Oct, if she is in NYC, you can bet your bottom dollar that she will be

Ayumi moved on a couple of months ago, we have a lovely new translator based in Japan called Sarina. But of course, Ayumi is still a cherished part of the family and we very much hope that she gets the visa she’s currently waiting on and is back in NYC to party with us all in October. I was so upset I wasn’t in Tokyo to see her, it was a lovely surprise for Giles and the boys.
