Pretty sure they are a Hawthorne Oxford make up for a store like inventory or somewhere else.

now give them some wear to loosen them up..waist should already stretch. Did you put something in the waist while soaking?

edit: and that the 510 is a regular; classical cut...they look very slim on you! Similar to the fit in the Denim Buyers Guide
