^You can remove that easily by rubbing the stains with a damp/wet cloth …

In the UK we have something called Calgon, which is a wash tablet that removes limescale from the washing machine. I find that if you run a hot cycle with one of these, and a stain removing agent like Vanish it sorts your machine out no problem.

Yeah, I think I'll be ready for it sometime in the fall. Need to start hitting the weights soon to be ready
But was wondering what folks think about replacing a traditional weight lifting program with this. I'm past the school of thought where I need to be able to lift a truck, want functional strength

Crossfit is essentially about explosive movements and muslce endurance, both of which you get from traditional weight lifting. In my opinion, if you're replacing one with the other, you're good to go, just expect to sweat alot more and don't expect to bulk up. If anything, you will trim down.

only in finnish at the moment…
Eveliina whos blog this is is my coach/teacher, just won world Championship in seniorwomen (she's over 40) under 60kg. I think she did the Snatch set, over 120 times in 10m with 16kg girya....

ahhh… found Eve's own Youtubechannel...

yep, in giriya sports one uses whole bodypower to lift the weight. The arm holding the weight does almost nothing. That's pretty much it's quite comprehensive and works out whole body. Correct breathing is also important. Plus several small details.
Hit me a PM if you have questions, I'll try to find an answer as I'm just a noob in this also.

Are there any special considerations to take when washing IH duck?
I normally just throw my jeans in the machine and don't care, but I seem to remember someone having mixed results when washing something made from duck that way. Can't seem to dig up the posts I'm thinking of either…
