4 sets of each 20 seconds on, 10 second rest. Alternating between the two exercises. Break for water if needed

AKA Tabata workouts. Worth looking online for different variations if you need ideas

I'm in! This will be the hardest and yet most rewarding thing I have possibly ever done. I want to show my son, though he won't be old enough to remember, that anything can be accomplished with hard work. Training/getting myself into shape will be very difficult with a newborn but I am going to give it my best shot! So true Bags, glad your on board! Great inspiration right there!

regarding fireman carry dont worry about me boys I promise I wont weigh more then 230# i am already down 30# got a ways to go. I will not let the team or myself down!

Thanks guys, I think the HWDC event may be after this one, and as Jeff rightly pointed out it will not be as "full on", as we are doing ours in denim. Of course, if anyone feels like doing the double…...
