For those that own this and the IHSH-38, would you say these two models are roughly the same in terms of weight?
I'd say the 80 is a tad lighter….

I own both the 38 and the 80, and the 80 feels lighter to me (not by much). 80 feels like a true summer shirt.
I'd say BK is exactly correct here. The 80 is as close to the 24 as anything I own. Not quite that light but close. I love it!
Fit turned out to be not as slim as I feared.

Yeah me too. I can't fit much under it but for a summer shirt that doesn't really matter.
