Getting my bike ready for the first ride of the season. Maiden voyage for the MBBs.

Get at least the waist of the jean damp with water and put them on buttoned up… Then proceed to moving as much as possible to add stress and get the waist out to size...
-
Hot soaked mine in the tub last night. Hottest water out of the tap. Hung them outside in the sun to dry. Got a full inch shrinkage in length
Exactly the same here. A full inch in the inseam and about half an inch in the waist.

I had already worn mine for a day so they prob shrunk back to original size. Def easier to button up this time though. Once my combs set, they will be perfect. I can already feel the combs rubbing the back of my knees raw haha!
I pried the button holes open with a pair of pliers. I have no patience for the button holes. haha

for those interested… jogging in semi-wet (post soak) 25 oz. denim is an interesting experience.

I would imagine jogging in 25oz denim would create a semi-wet environment.
But, seriously, I'm actually glad I sized up on these. I've done some kicking drills in them, and the extra room combined with the weight is awesome. -
i finally got the waist comfotable and decided to soak for the sake of the constructional threads…. but knew I was going to have to put them on immediatly to avoid repeating the earlier issue. I decided to throw a jog in for good measure.

I'd call that a pretty good fit for post-soak, but then I'm not into slim fits. I hope they work out well for you.

Nice, go well with your slippers
