hey everyone im new to the denim scene and ive been looking to upgrade to IH…ive never had a denim this heavy before, the heaviest denim i have own was N&F 15oz. Can anyone enlighten me on how these fit comfort wise and fit wise? I am a True 32 waist size and I'm 5' 8" if that helps.. Im looking forward to upgrading soon but have no clue on where to start with choosing a model to purchase..can anyone help me narrow down my options? any type of help and opinions will be very much appreciated thank you
Narrow down to what fit you want first? Slim? Straight? The classic 634 cut won't go wrong. Might wanna start from there and check if you like the fit?

Str808Raw- snowy gave you some pretty sound advice over in the SExIH13 thread, the best thing to do is find your favorite current pair of denim you own and do some measuring and use that as a foundation. And then, as was also said… Each iH product has sizing measurement tables so do some comparisons. It's a little bit of effort that will reward you.

I originally specced black, but they came out blue. I could trawl through a 1,000 emails to check why, but it won't make them black, so I'll live with blue…
just a question…are the arcs sewn with a "standard" blue thread or are they dipped in indigo so that they´ll fade along with the rest of the denim? thx

Whatever happened with the arcs, one thing stayed true - they're f-ing awesome.

Maybe I received the "soft" pair. They are definitely substantial but no tools have been needed. I think they are pretty damn comfortable after a few days of creeking around. I think I psyched myself out reading all forums since preorder. Bring on 2 more years.
