Ok, I'm hooked om iron Heart now. I have a pair of beatle Busters which I really like. But I would like something a little slimmer as well. How do the 555 compare in fit to the Nudie Grim Tims. Anyone who has both Jeans? I'm in the market for something a little looser than the Nudies.
Anyone care to weigh in?

My Devils ~1/2" slimmer than BBs all the way down (per IH measuring) and lower rise (both TS 38). Also 1" longer. With where they sit, extra length and smaller hem, I cuff em ~2". I just ordered 555s, as they are shown to be even trimmer at the knee/hem (hope it's not too trim)… Agree you might want to try the Devils first... you wont be disappointed.

Thanks hajduk and Seul. I've been reading the 666xhs-thread and the 666 is the fit I'm looking for. Now I have to go back to that thread and pester the good people about sizing.

Got these yesterday - intrigued but not "sold" yet - it's just a different fit. They fit really well through the waist, top block and thigh, but they are much more fitted from the knee/calf down than any jeans I've had. Pleasantly surprised how well they fit up top/comfortable - not a "skinny" at all - plenty of room in rise too. Reminds me of my beatles but slimmer from the knee down. My Devils have a tighter thigh.
I kind of like the look, but maybe I'm too old for this… it's more of a rock n' roll vs. biker vibe. I just tried them on once, then put them aside to try again later with a fresh perspective. Because of the cut I guess, they also seem longer, serious stacking, unusual for 6'7" tall. Looks a bit like Finn's fit (his pics in the 555-03 thread) from the knee down. Of course the 21 oz denim is like butter - can't beat it.
Anybody know if these will ease up much, or at all, from the knee down?

^ well this is exactly how they suppose to fit and meant to be worn! imo your fit is spot on mate…you just have to get used to it!
and no, they don't change much from knee down. maybe the stacks will fall/settle a bit more with wear, but that's about it...I'd wear'em uncuffed, like in the first pic! -
Keep those Bluegrass, they look good. Even better with no cuff due!
