more of me, myself and i ::)
made these paleo pancakes this morning (ate 2 plates)…dear lord
ok todd, here you go
take 2 bananas and mash to puree. add 4 eggs, 2 tbs cinamon, 2 tbs ground flaxseed, 2 tbs ground almonds…blend and pour batter into hot and greased skillet! turn pancakes once little bubbles form. enjoy!
btw.!Good job.
It's very difficult to make pancakes like this IME. They tend to burn and also fall apart. I've never managed to get them like in your pic.
"ground flaxseed" would be "Leinsamen", no? Do you grind them yourself or can you get them prepackaged?
I couldn't find any ground ones. They only had "geschrotete Leinsamen".
They might make a difference. Otherwise my recipes have been the same. You can also add almond butter to the batter. -
well hello there!
gonna describe this on englisch then. even though german would've been a tad easier for the both of usso yeah, I also took "geschrotete Leinsamen" for those you see in the pic! made another few a few days later, and this time i've grounded them…threw them a few rounds into the blender. outcome was even better I have to say!
still need to find out where to get almond butter and such things! -.-

Anyone tried coconut oil in their coffee? Der666 mentioned it to me I think. I'm about to try it.
