my stash:
i'm weak for that natural color. . . will probably start using at the end of the year. i could really go on & on & on about this stuff but u have to see the handiwork to really appreciate it.
-
long story short, it's my wifes bday she decided to go out with the girls -carie fever/sex in the city 2- & i actually decided to post some long over due flicks while doing arts & crafts with my 2 rugrats.
figure i have to spend qt with the mistress also
-
they r really secure, i run around with my 4 and 9 year old & they actually grab on to them to try and pull them off
& they don't budge.
if my two lil gremlins can't get them, i think they are pretty secure.
-
no recommendation, really can't go wrong with any choice you make
;D.
i'm not too hip so i match my leather goods/would be interesting to see someone do the opposite.

"A few weeks back Mike and I made a trip down to San Francisco, and had a chance to visit one of our favorite TG retailers, Union Made. Aside from stocking some stellar labels, the shop itself has a really inviting, friendly vibe thanks in part to the two gentleman running things - Todd and Aaron. We wanted to leave something special behind for the guys, and thought our very first hand-tooled belt would be the perfect gift.
Cut from our 10/11 oz. Natural, we went with a traditional floral pattern surrounding their UNION MADE namesake. We rubbed in a Sheridan colored dye to give it a nice tint and really draw out the detail of the tooling. Here's a few more pics of the finished product…"

got it! and i was goin to mix up alittle bit, im get the english tan belt with maybe a mahogany tether.
can't wait to see what u do
that tooled belt is amazing, can't imagine the amount of man hours that went into it.
MOA, ever thought of doing something like this:
front
backside
front again:
with the buckle
not sure what brand the belt is or even where it came from -i've had it for over ten years now-. the interesting about the belt is it started out super duper black & over the years has turned into this. The buckle had some sort of finish on it as well & now it's almost a natural brass.
would love to see what your artisans would do

San Francisco is one of our favorite cities on the West coast. Each visit is always filled with eye-opening experiences, interesting, friendly people and copious portions of delicious food and drink which seem to emanate from every corner of the bountiful and diverse cityscape. We'll have the pleasure of visiting this weekend to participate in the Meet Your Maker show, brought together by the fine fellas at The Durable Goods Concern. We'll be taking over the Ohio Showroom, located in heart of The Mission District, for 3 days starting Friday, June 11th for an open-market, retail event. Tanner Goods will release an extremely limited range of never before seen products at the show and it is high-likely we won't produce many of these products ever again. Be sure to come on down and check out what we have in store. If you are a fan of our products, these are going to blow you away. I promise.
