Ok. Well things are looking up now. Including my waistline measurement.

Pretty good. My ribs are better. Their brisket is just north of OK for Texas, but great for what I can get in Minnesota. Pulled pork was good, again mine is better. Still, a nice fun diversion, and no manning the smoker for hours.

Dude, I'll take that Cuban food over my food any day. I'm sick of my food. It always tastes like…. my food. No matter what I do to it! Other people seem to like it, enough to pay me to cook for them, but I'm getting sick of it
