Take the difference between the knee and the cuff - lets say 0.5"
Then on a 36" inseam there is 23" between knee and cuff (36-13)
There is thus 0.5/23" or 1/46" or 0.0217" increase in cuff, per inch you shorten the inseam by
Say you cut off 6" and the cuff was 9", then the new cuff would be about 9.13" (9 + 0.0217" * 6)Edit. Fixed because I'm dumb and GMB has a larger brain than me....

Apart from I cannot wear Converse or Vans (I have a high arch so something as flat as these literally murders my feet), nothing too sporty (no Nike Air Max), and I absolutely hate GATs (I just think they look so boring).
Any other suggestions?
