IHM-02 - Ventile Lined Sateen Cotton M65 Field Jacket
-
Just got back in town so here are the pictures. I love this jacket. I was able to layer under it and be fine in 15F up in NY & Mass this week. Size is a Large.

Perfect. Enjoy man!

Looks great. If you change your mind, let me know!

jealous of your sleeves v.audio, they fit perfectly. . . . on second thought you must have a hard time getting shirts long enough in the arms, hahahahahahaha
oh & nice t-shirt

This is the best fitting jacket I have ever owned, shoulders, sleeves, chest, etc. Hand warmer pockets fall in the right spot for me as well. I feel like it was tailored for me.
monday, thanks. High praise from you as your fits are dead on. As I mentioned above everything about this jacket works especially the sleeves. So glad I got the olive well.

Great fit man. I do love the shoulders. They seem scary small but those pleats open them up. So they really conform to your body nicely.

Hello,
I'm thinking about getting an IHM-02 Jacket. I really like the style and the details of the jacket, but I'm not sure how the jacket works in rainy weather.
As some other users said, I think the cotton outer will soak in the rain. But will the ventile lining stop the wetness? Has anybody used his jacket in rainy weather an can tell us the experience?
Best regards
Felix -
I don't see why one couldn't Scotchgard the jacket though, military folks sometimes do that with the M-65s they're issued.
-
I wouldn't mind trying to shrink down the sleeves, though I love the fit everywhere else. I paid more than this for a lightly used one (gladly)

We have just found an XL in Olive. It is now in the shop…..
Goddamn it. Who bought this? Sell it to me!
Does anyone know what size I would need at around 6'0 and 200lbs?
I normally wear jackets with 18.5" shoulder to shoulder and 22.5 to 23 armpit to armpit.
-
Either L or XL. I'm 6'2" and 185 and that is me in an L in the pics:

Being rereleased in Autumn in a tighter weave sateen

Damn… I got one in L And this thing is pretty slim. Wearable but I definitely can't layer underneath.
Looks like I'll have to hunt down an XL.
