Pistolero

Pulled from Need Supply:
"Pistolero was founded in 1993 in Leon de los Aldama, Mexico. The company was established on hand crafted cowboy and leather work boots, using Goodyear welts, Mexican tanned leathers and deadstock soles. Every detail is expertly crafted, using old school techniques, such as the use of lemon tree pegs for the arch of the foot, where others are using nails. The handmade details ensure an extremely high degree of perfection and quality to the finished product. Mexico is the mecca of Western boots. Pistolero originally made a name for itself in the Western market with its top-notch cowboy and work boots, but has now created a more modern collection with the help of Japanese-based showroom Topwin. Having established itself first in the Japanese marketplace, the line is now available to the American market. Pistolero is still handcrafted in Mexico, and still uses top quality leathers and Original Goodyear Welts."

I'll post some up soon.
Those brown ones look nice but that sole…
I hate them too but I just wanted to get a pair of engineers to see how I like them. And at $90 for the boots, a resole doesn't seem that bad. So far the sole doesn't really bother me. It makes the boots super lightweight.

What's the sizing like on them? Come up big?

Hahahhaha, good question . . . .

these shorties aren't so hard to get on, they have those little straps on the side & i pull them on that way. getting them off is a bit extra.
oh they were comfy right out the box & i got a size 8. they are a dream to wear & they are going to age in a lovely way. was going to get a resole right away, but i actually like them the way they are & they remind me of a red wing peco . . . which i had & sold cause . . . . i have no idea why i sold them, it was like 20 pairs of boots ago

They look great on! For 70 quid shipped to the Uk I simply thought fuck it and picked up a pair in black! Hope they fit!!!!

£70 quid shipped? I was told that shipping was $40 and they do not mark down the package value (emailed the store). This made them no longer a bargain when you factor in import tax, duty and the ridiculous Parcel Farce (not a misspell) handling fee.
I think that $70 is more like £140 by the time you're done.
