And Rafa, its not bulky at all buddy, its the leather, hard and sturdy , just need a breaking-in process thats all. G-San's plan to skived them is what you're looking for. I would say go for it!
well that's what i've ment…not looking for a hard and sturdy leather. want something less "brutal" that let's me move around as if i wouldn't wear a thing...but the "G-method" sounds good to me. Going to wait and see how things are going to turn out once G receives his sample (thanks for answering G.!).

G's Simmons-Bilt will be totally rad,
but hard to decide between HH and Natural Essex. -
Type III with dark snaps instead of buttons would be sweet.
-
Would love snaps as well, pretty much like these RMC type IIIs:

Great looking jacket Friday!
would love to have something similar as friday's jacket, just not as bulky…still looking for THE perfect leather jacket for me!
The Himel Heron is very similar, but not as bulky.

Killer Friday. Just killer!

I will be doing some very limited (<10/colour) run of Buco Styleking type jackets (Google it) in specially sourced French 1 - 1.2mm goatskin. I'm likely to do the first run in a black:
I have chosen the Styleking as it is a supremely elegant and simple but tough jacket that is as easy to wear off a bike as it is on.
Let me know if you are interested. I don't have much more data at the moment, still have stuff to sort out….
