My wife (Pam) is a fully qualified, university educated textile designer, (so it obviously makes sense that she works as a buyer for a toy company). As a hobby and small side business she makes some home wares for people and sells them, things like cushion covers, curtains, quilts, bed runners etc… and she really enjoys it and wants to do more of it. Recently I was looking at a heritage style blanket by a well known manufacturer and she tells me that she would like to make things like that, so we have been looking for material for her to use for some time now with no success.
We need a blanket weight wool or wool blend which is ethically produced and not unfeasibly expensive, some of the Scottish wool mills charge upwards of £200 per meter, any suggestions or pointers would be welcome as we are struggling.
Looked at Fairbault Mills? They use vintage looms and make killer wool.

Thanks @mclaincausey , I'll check it out.
I begged G into letting me purchase an incoming ahem….."packer variant".

great call by the way @Megatron1505, looking forward to the Tron stompers…

And I liked the "Packer Derivative" idea so much, I am getting a sample made in Burgundy - funnily enough in my size….
Burgundy sounds nice.

@Qinhan if no one can give you the info you can try to email the guys at buzzrickson directly. I have done that previously with a couple of things and found them to be very helpful. I know it's slightly different with shoes but could be worth a shot.
In the alternative there is limited sizing information here:

Are you bidding on this @georgeel ?
Nope. A stupid comic book, cost only $3,207,852.00 …
But I'm curious to know who bought it, here in Italy. I'll do some investigation.
