The idea actually came for Nixage - Kudos. It'll come in tan calf too, and the plan is that one side will be stamped with the jeans patch (though that is causing some compications, which will only get resolved when I eye-ball Haraki). I'm also discussing whether we should have 2 or 3 slots on the side - the one above is the 3 slot version. I prefer the 2 slotter. Views?

Thanks Giles!!!
I'm very, very excited about this case. I've been carrying a Ghurka one for many (10ish) years but it's on its last legs. I think the IH one will outlast me.
Complications are what spark creativity. I'm 100% sure you guys will make it work.
So excited…..

The idea is to have the same type of logo. Not necessarily the same leather as the jeans patch, but the logo imprinted on the leather itself. So that the entire side is logo'ed if that makes sense.

That's gonna be amazing when the details are all ironed out. I prefer the 2 slot one; it looks a bit shorter in the pic, and I think a card case should be smaller and less obtrusive. If you want larger capacity, you buy a wallet, right?

Right!!!

As Giles said, you don't really have to use anything, just wipe it off with a damp cloth and buff it up.
I have one as well and have treated it (once) with a product called Leather Groom.
It's foam based and you can't over apply it.
Dosen't colour the stitching either.

I've used Leather Groom for ages and had no problems.
I read an article in a Classic Car magazine once that was about The National Leather Care Institute (or something like that) who said it was all that they used to restore all sorts of leather upholstery and they used it specifically because you couldn't over apply it.
According to them we all put too much stuff on our leather.
I think you can get it on Ebay, in the UK anyway.
