Giles's Yamaha SR500 Build…

Lee Parks DeerTours are pretty great too, super soft and as protective as an unarmored glove can be. The plastic buckle is disappointing though, on an otherwise fantastic glove, but they're my current favourites to ride in.
I've also been riding in the Deus Belted gloves, which are extremely nice, but a bit pricey. They're made in Japan though, which I guess is fitting, by what used to be Harold's Gear. They only come in dark brown, no tan.
Iron and Resin make some sweet looking gloves too, including a Vanson collab, but I haven't seen them in the flesh.
I like the Bullitt by the way, good choice

I'm a fan of the Bell Bullitt too. I'd advise trying one on first to make sure that it fits. I've got a weird skull that makes it difficult to find a lid that suits.
The Icon 1000 range might be worth a look for riding gear, but it tends to be a bit overstyled in a retro / Mad Max kind of way. They even do a pair of red gloves!
Urban Rider and Motolegends do some nice gear if you're after something that's more Hipster than Power Ranger. The Lee Parks deerskin gloves look interesting.
But don't go Full Knievel!!!

I use Geier gloves for riding - www.geiergloves.com
I have the 445 in natural elk for spring/summer/autumn and the 204 merino wool lined deerskin for winter. Geiers are great quality and sized like shoes rather than s/m/l
You can get them from Kevin Kaatz at www.texasgoodgloves.com - he is a truly awesome and helpful guy.You probably read all about sizing already but apparently on those Bell Bullitts, it is quite strange by most accounts. Hope it works for your head.

I'm pretty sure that @Giles has his riding boots already sorted

Grifter Co. USA has some good looking gloves - selvedge and leather, but that might hit too close to home… That being the case, could you guys not build your own gloves? I assume there would be a market...
But for quality gloves that I know are a proven design check out Aerostitch elk and deer skin gloves!

W&W Cycles (Europe) have very nice gloves from Geier and Raber in stock!

Brick red J100 being built…...
Any recommendations for a good pair of retro style gloves, preferably in a light tan colour?
