WHAT ARE YOU DOING TODAY (PICS)

It is work of art, but as a building structurally, it has been moving (especially the cantilevered, unsupported portions), and has required tens of millions to stabilize.
Kentuck Knob is another Wright artwork in that area. A lesser British royal bought it in the '80s for about $900K.
One of, if not the greatest of Wright's masterpieces!
Agree, really lucky you got to see it! It's on my list of buildings to see before I die. I just love all the thought behind the building to integrate it with the landscape, and then the stunning result showing the power and constraint of architecture.

Today, I did The Sea Horse swim - the course was in open water . My preparation for the swim was to clean my goggles last night….
I got a bad nights sleep as I was actually super nervous....Anyway, I did it. The course (as someone who can actually swim in a straight line) is 3.8kms. I know I am not a particularly fast swimmer, but I was a little surprised that the swim took me 1hr 44mins and I was one of the last to finish. When I got home I downloaded my GPS data, I actually swam 3.64miles (5.8kms). I better work on swimming in a straight line......
