Thanks…...
There were others in the store when I was there, and they were SALTY as shit....
I heard that one person was crying when they found out....
Every store on without gates on LABREA got screwed....
While I like my new jawns, I would trade them immediately for my old ones......
I haven't had to do the breaking period for 4 years....... -
Wow. Did someone hit every store on that strip? Did they just pull up a truck around back? I have so many questions. Lol.
I feel ya on the jeans. They're like old friends once you have some time in them. Why anybody would let themselves get mad at SE though, is beyond me. It sounds like the store were the biggest losers.

I suspect people who left their jeans for repair are the biggest losers.
The store itself probably has some form of business insurance to cover their inventory in cases of theft., i.e. fire and theft insurance. It sucks of course, but it probably costs them the insurance deductible not the value of the stolen inventory. It's the same as renters insurance or home insurance.

Went to pick up my 634 and 634sb from being repaired, and Selfedge LA was broken into…
So my 634 of 5 years were gone and my SB, and about $40k worth of merchandise stolen from the store.....
They were nice enough to replace them, but SHIT.....
Just when you have a favorite broken in pair, some bull crap happens....
At least no one was hurt during the theft....
But I'm about to go to every thrift shop in LA......
If you got jeans at self edge LA,
You should inquire if they still have themSorry your favorite jeans got stolen.
If i were you, I wouldn't spend any time checking thrift shops. A thief is unlikely to separate out the used items and deliver them to a thrift store. Thieves steal to re-sell not to donate. You might be better off checking ebay, sufu, local pawn shops specializing in clothes, and possibly second hand stores that buy used clothes.

I don't have a lot of hope, but I hope they catch the people that did this. It makes me sick to think that people stoop to this level.

good look @JCMx800

cool denim, dope belt.
more details when the time presents itself, please

nice fade pics @emceeQ, looking great.
I've read comments on different sites from some people that these are slow faders. I don't think I agree with that.

They are, actually. Mike just really beat up on his pair. I particularly like the boot fades; you can tell these are working jeans.

Thanks, and Chris is right on these. They tend to fade slow, but these have been beaten pretty hard and get washed almost weekly.
cool denim, dope belt.

Thanks Monday. Belt is a custom job by Vintage Engineer Boots. Been meaning to get pics up. He did great work.
And details of the jeans? I'll get some more pics in the next week or so

for anyone who has a pair of 38's – if you hemmed them what size did your hemmed opening become?
i'm interested in these, but by the time i hem them i wonder what the measurements would be of the opening?
anyone care to let me know their opening measurements and how many inches were taken off to get to this measurement?
thanks!
