@Pavel:
I´m looking for a (tiger) camo cargo short in blue or olive/gold.
You wont find the tiger camo in gold anywhere. They have the blue on. rakuten.
I have hunted high and low for the gold tiger camo ones for an absolute age. No luck. Even contacted BR directly, they couldnt get hold of any from Japan. The only other solution i can think of is to buy the tiger cargo trousers and get them chopped, i was going to do this but i waited too long and they sold out in xl on the Br website. They still have small and medium though plus Peggs & Son have large.
In the alternative, have you tried TSPTR? The chap who does that does Eastman Leather in the Uk, is behind the distribution for Br and also fronted Heritage Research. I checked out one of their Tiger Camo shirts. Wasnt the sane quality as my BR one but was decent for the money.

Thank you very much @Cutlasshound, this helps me out and you preserve me for an endless search for a gold tiger camo

Probably but the current seasons offering is some dodgy beige tiger camo rather than gold (which is actually olive with gold accents). The BR stuff is also much cheaper as a general rule!

I didn't take measurements and have only washed it once, but my XL didn't seem to shrink after a short spin, 30 degree cycle. FWIW, I'm 6'3 and was also really hoping it wouldn't lose length, so I was looking out for it.

Very good. I have heard horror stories with the strike gold loopwheeled ones shrinking 4" in length.
Cold wash and air tumble should work!

I didn't notice much shrinkage in my XL, but I hang dry. 2+ years and it's my favorite sweat.

My M-42 Service Shoes after about 6 months of strong wear, maybe 3-4x a week for work and play…. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone. They aren't terrible boots, but at the price point, they absolutely aren't worth it. Maybe they were built intentionally, with "wabisabi" in mind, idk... I don't feel they should be THIS bad after such a short time, considering the price tag. While ACTUALLY in the Army, I had boot that cost a quarter of the price that I wore 10x harder, and they faired better than these.
