Anyone else have any recommendations?

I can recommend outdoorknitwear.com
They are made in the uk from all British wool, supply the uk ministry of defence and are very affordable as well. I've got one of their classic "wooly pully" ribbed sweaters with a crew neck. I got the version without the patches and its great. Don't be fooled by the 80's style photos on their website. They make great stuff!

I do recommend http://www.aransweatermarket.com/, great stuff, everything made in Ire at a good price point.
