I would've bought the gunslinger but the sleeves were too long for me One of my favorite jackets! -

I will get some pics up of the Gunslinger Jumper at some point - re: the sleeves, it shrinks a bunch even with a careful cold soak - but is is very generously cut - you could possibly tweak the sizing with careful application of ever-warmer water. The cavalry twill garments also start really big and shrink a lot - my XXL map shirt was sized well for a very healthy Sasquatch prior to soaking.
Also, on topic of camo - if you are on Instagram check out bothrops1, he does camo right when he busts out in it - no duck dynasty or heavy militia vibe whatsoever…..

I follow him as well, pretty well dressed dude!
Nice Helo Chiverus! One of my favorite seasons was SeaHunt.

Looks good, is that an XL? I missed out on the last medium on the MF site which sucks but I guess it wasn't meant to be. As for yours, wear it hard and post lots of pics so I can live vicariously!

Thanks @Anesthetist, it's 2XL. Mad crocking, and I'm turning lots of tees blue. After a wash it will fit better. I'll keep you posted.

Great fit @Anesthetist . Only a few MF I can wear most are too small for me.

Apologies for the late reply gents, been away on a long weekend..
You confirmed my suspicions @Anesthetist, that jacket is not warm enough to justify its purchase on account of functionality alone. Congrats on on that Tonkinoise, really looking like a special piece!I hear you @Bluegrass, I got my first camo only recently in the form of the party jacket - love the piece though I have yet to wear it [emoji52]
The Gunslinger jumper looks like a fine purchase, suits you really great, Congrats! [emoji106]Sweet pics with the kids @chiverus [emoji4] I recently tried the Halo at R&H and it was a very impressive in terms of construction and details but mostly it was very very toasty [emoji108]

Had a request for some Tonkinoise pics. Sorry for the bathroom pics, it is already dark out. As you can see the collar is actually pretty low key. The fit is very workwear/military inspired and a bit antifit. I imagine it will shrink a little more with a warm wash. The construction is really amazing as is the fabric and buttons. It really is a lovely shirt.
Tucked (I promise I don't have that gut):
I hope this helps! @browniemcghee

Solid look Bluegrass! I definitely like the look of the wabash but I also like the denim workman with the OD stitching.

^be careful, you are smaller than me and most Sportsman XLs drown me in fabric.. I'd send Cristian an email and get his take!

With that being said, all the pre-2011 XLs were too snug on me - I can't win with MF shirting…

Yeah I was jumping to conclusions a little based on the size chart, the post rinse XL has a chest of 22.75 which sounds a little on the slim side. I'm just not sure how the rest of the shirt is cut from the chest down, if it tapers much or not. Need some extra space for my belly.
If anyone has any advice on how MF workshirts compare to Iron Heart workshirts I'd be interested in hearing it!
I'll probably shoot Christian an email too. There's also a new shop here that started carrying MF, so I'll see if they're getting the shirt and then I could actually try it on.
