I've been saying I'm going to buy that belt since it came out.
Thanks for putting those images up @Appfaff to help me over the edge

No problem @madmonday -its been one of my favorites since I got it. It was my first MFSC purchase and one I will always look back fondly upon.
Plus, it looks like you are still in luck! http://misterfreedom.com/liberty-belts.html

U right , I've had that in my shopping cart so many times, hahahaha
time 2 sh!t or get off the pot, fit picks when it lands . . . maybe hahahaha
-
Nice!
Whenever someone is able to get something from a past collection of Christophe's it is an exciting day, no matter if it's a belt, a jacket or a shirt (Speaking of, someone needs to grab the last white utility shirt in XL (fits like a big large) from the Naval collection… it's been temping this me for years... although Cristian said I have zero chance of buttoning it up haha)

The Liberty belt is one of those amazing pieces that you never realize how good it is until you've had it for a couple of years. Mine has been my go to summer and office casual belt and the evo is very promising. Def get one Monday, you won't regret it.

Just got word from Tyler at IP that my riders have been successfully hemmed WHILE moving the map pockets up, not only to accommodate the shorter length, but also a little higher above the hem than they came stock - this way I can cuff if I want and not have to fold the map pockets. Tyler wouldn't even start the project until he had the right rivets for the job and he was able to course the same stock rivets that came in the pockets. Excited to get these and put them back into rotation!

Original issue Skivvy. Rocking it since 2013 and it's still white - which is a miracle for me haha

@Bluegrass @Jordan23 - the pants in the post with the skivvy are actually the Sugar Cane Black Fade to Grey - the riders have yet to be sent back to me, but you can bet you will see a flood of images when they land! haha

Sorry, I saw someone say "fit" and didn't want to mislead anyone!

@Bluegrass - that's what I thought too… until they arrived this past October. I had to Hot Wash them 3 times to make them fit. The MF charts are never right, sadly... I always add about .5-1.0" into consideration as I think they measure very relaxed, not with the fabric pulled taught. I too am tempted by the chinos, but alas, There are other items on my list, like the new Bosco Pants, upcoming Upa Upa Shirt and a Tokinoise (or Ranchero) shirt, the new 13oz Lot 74s and the Wheat Cowboy jacket. God I could go on forever with this stuff. IH and MFSC are my go tos for everything.
Anyways, my riders are 38 waist and I got them hemmed to 32 because the cuffs looked quite off on me - plus, when cuffed, the map pockets were right above the hem, so the cuff is super thick and just puffs out. That's why I had Indigo proof bring the pockets a bit above the hem - that way if I wear chucks or vans with them, I can flip up the hem without having to fold over the pockets.
I still have not been notified that they shipped, but I'm guessing they will arrive soon!

Thanks, I'm a "true" 38 so unless they measure ~40" pre-soak I worry, as most MF pants Ive owned shrink at least 2" if not more. I had to return the Okinawa Lot 64s - they'd have been jeggings on me after a soak.
I am going to be in LA next week, so I think I'll try on the
midnight and(sold out!) chino riders when I make my inevitable pilgrimage to MFHQ on Bevery Blvd. Among many other things. Actually I am quite scared of what damage I may do to my bank account. -
@Bluegrass haha I hear ya dude - I'd love to visit the store, especially if I had enough time to save up a bit to do some real damage!

Damnit, that hydrone blue Gabier jacket is a real beauty. Might have to get one this summer…

Bored waiting to get on the ferry to Vancouver island. I love the buttons and fabric on the Metis sportsman. Can't wait to see how they continue to ageSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
