So i am interested with IHP2014. Are measurements in inch or cm ?
how do you fixe it on the shirt ? stitching ?

I believe @Giles and the crew have fitted the blanks used for the IHC-18 with alternative patches. They are sewn.

Sewing will always be the best method for strength and longevity.
