IH-526J-DD - Double Duck Type III Jacket
-
Found out this beast shrinks quite a bit if need be…
Hot-soaked it with agitation and to my delight got pretty much half a size down!
Shoulders were a bit too wide, arms too floppy/bulky in the tricep area and sleeves at least 1" too long. Fit feels pretty much on point now, feel like celebrating!
Also, indigo still as rich and deep looking despite the bathtub water turning a very dark blue-green.
Below measurements pre/post soak:
Shl 18.9/18.2
Ch. 21.4/21.0
Lgth 24.7/24.2
Slv 26.7/ 25.75Pics soon

It's because it just was not selling, even when I reduced the price in specials. So on the basis it was getting no love (and we had a load of other jackets on the site), I decided to take it off-line for a few moths/years and the rerelease when I thought it may be better appreciated. It is simply too good a jacket to give up on and yard-sale it….I may Phoenix it soon......
Oh ya. I remember you announcing that now. My bad. Just wanted to check the measurements. Maybe you could post those in here?

If you like fasting fading tops, the DD is your jacket. This is 2 weeks or so of effective wear:
Yeah for real. 2 weeks of wear on my loom breakers and they have about 6 months worth of denim fading.

Looking look, Zatem. Much better fit after that hot soak! how is it now around the upper arms, less billowy?
