We know you love IH, but where do you think we can improve?

^^^Right there with you. Hoping that the 634 remains more a mid than low rise. I need the larger thigh vs. 666, and if the rise shrinks too much, the cut becomes untenable for bigger legged Western guys (I am a tag 33 for reference). The 55 comes in precious few options.

Agreed on all points- the 634 has just the right waist:back rise:thigh ration for me, 555 tend to be too slim in the lower leg and 666 too slim in the thigh. The 633 is quite a good fit, but they've had some inconsistency in the back rise too (just the 633N really).
It's interesting how much the BR can affect the overall topblock fit, I've had to size up in the recent 634 cuts to accommodate for the shortened BR and it's worked so far.

I've often wished for a cut with a shorter front rise, generous thigh, and higher back rise. I'm certainly no pattern maker, but it seems that for those of us who are gifted in the thigh/butt, and have a belly, too (so lucky, ha!), that would be the best of all worlds.

Can we have deeper side pockets please, in this world of ever expanding mobile phones? The main reason it springs to mind is that my 1955s have shallower pockets than any other jeans I own*, usually be precisely 1inch- yes I measured out of curiosity.
Combined with the high front rise I have to empty my pockets should I wish to put shoes or socks on.
*There is one single exception, the only jeans I own with a little stretch in them, the amazingly well fitting Levis 541s- they're actually half an inch shallower in the side pockets!
Speaking of the 541s, Levi's Athletic Fit jeans, it would be incredible if Iron Heart offered the same cut, but in an Iron Heart standard fabric (no stretch necessary, perhaps give slightly more fabric in thigh and seat to compensate). I can't express enough how crappy the Levi's fabric feels, but they look good on as they're the only jeans I've ever found as an adult that fit me perfectly. They're my go to 'smart' jeans as all my others are kinda baggy in comparison, winder at the knee and the cuff.

I think I speak for everyone and not sure if it was brought up already….but more stickers with orders
Every $100 should have 2 stickers, so figure most people would be getting 6 of them at least!
-
Some people hate them. We don't know whether they will be appreciated or thrown straight in the bin. I abhor wanton waste, so we limit them to a couple in per order. And, as I asked an Intern once, "You know how much these cost, yes? So why you chucking them around like confetti?"

I give most of mine away and recycle them when there aren't any takers. I think I will start adding a note to my orders stating that there is no need to include any (you can put mine in with nephs order).

Maybe have an option to check or uncheck whilst ordering… "Do you want stickers: y/n"...
Great idea.

^^^agreed. I have nothing against the stickers, I just don't use them and am all for saving you guys money and reducing waste.

Would people pay for extra stickers?

Would people pay for extra stickers?
I wouldn't.
It's a nice, light, effective bit of brand building as it is. I miss them when they don't get sent and I'm always pleased to see new ones. Probably shouldn't be overthought. A y/n option out of respect for people not wanting create unnecessary waste seems like an easy fix.

I am a huge advocate of the stickers…
When I was interning at IHUK in 2014 I got in Giles' ear, pestering him to bring back stickers (I even developed the concepts for the first handful). I pitched the idea thinking they would be sold but Giles thought it would be great to give them away as a gift.
The way I see it, over complicating it by giving specific amounts based on spend or a checkbox just takes the fun out of it. There is no surprise for the customer AND it also adds a little extra stress to the one packing and sending.
I've had first hand experience dealing with the first day of a UHF going live or an out of the blue IH sale, there are so many things to check, double check and even triple check before finally slapping on the shipping label… Making sure you've thrown in six stickers instead of the usual three is just something you don't want to worry about.
The stickers should be a nice surprise, not an expectation.
