Obviously there are a lot of details to discuss when it comes to WHAT TYPE of sweatpants would be best…....
Pockets? Or even back pocket(s)?
Straight or Taper? Or straight for small sizes(28-31), taper for larger(32+)?
Fly? Open fly or button closure?
Elastic on the Waistband or Leg Opening or Both? Or knit waistband or knit leg opening?I would love to wear the IHSH-64 fabric as pants.
Yes to side pockets.
Indifferent on a single, or even double back pocket.
Yes to straight taper cut.
No to fly opening.
Indifferent on elastic or knit waistband with drawstring similar to IHSH-23.But I would not buy them if they had an elastic leg opening, not a chance, no matter the fabric >:(...I'm probably in the minority on this.

I think sweatpants are very unlikely to happen as nobody rides a motorcycle in sweatpants. That said, a classic gusseted crotch, elastic/drawstring waistband, with elastic cuffs ala 1940s-60s gym wear would be choice. And I would definitely want to buy it.

Any reason why we don't have a jacket made from the IH-714 fabric? The 23oz serge

I think shirt jackets are the way to go most of the time. More affordable thanks jacket and gets more use. For us, it's either no jacket necessary or deck jacket needed. Very few days in between. We went straight from low/high of 72/86 to 40/65 overnight. Not much use of Jean jackets but a ton of use for CPO style "shackets" for sure

Man I need to be more thankful for the climate where I live. I have three jean jackets, a blanket lined tanker from last year and now an N-1. They all see a lot of use in the course of a year.

How about some 25oz black denim. H seems to be pushing the boundaries with the 25oz at the moment. Surely black is the next progression
